Meaningful Use/eMeasures

Demonstrating Meaningful Use

Complying with the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act is a challenge for healthcare providers. Beyond implementing the basic electronic healthcare record (EHR) capabilities, there are many uncertainties in the new eMeasures submission process. Additionally, hospitals face other mandates, such as implementing value-based purchasing and ICD-10. This situation strains budgets and limits resources.

Some deadlines keep looming, while others are postponed, and some providers and facilities have even already received reimbursements. Other providers are using the delay to expand their information technology plans, finish installations and conversions, and work with key staff to implement new procedures.

The Quantros RRM™ Clinical Quality Measures (CQM) for Meaningful Use application is certified and supports Meaningful Use Stage 1 compliance. Want to stay current on EHR incentives? Please click here for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services website.
